MUMBAI: Bombay high court has scheduled to pronounce on November 27 its judgment in actor Kangana Ranaut’s challenge to a “mala fide” demolition of renovation to her Bandra bungalow in September.
A bench of Justices S J Kathawalla and Riyaz Chagla had reserved the order on November 3. The BMC said Ranaut made “baseless allegations of mala fide only to obfuscate” carrying out of unlawful work.
