Mumbai: Three rape 15-year-old girl in moving car on Freeway – Times of India

MUMBAI: Three men were arrested for kidnapping a 15-year-old girl and sexually assaulting her in a moving car. The police said the three were on a joyride in a “company car” on the evening of July 29, in the eastern part of the city. They pulled the girl into the car and allegedly sexually assaulted her, before leaving her on the Eastern Freeway and driving away.
The girl told her aunt about the incident and a case was filed the next day. An officer said the accused were caught based on CCTV footage from the Freeway. The police said the three were charged under the IPC and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (Pocso) Act. Two of the accused work as an electrician and a driver, and the third is unemployed.
