MUMBAI: Two men robbed a schoolboy, Hrishi Bhatia (15), of his earphones worth Rs 10,000 by flashing a knife and a gun at Santacruz (west).
The police said they are examining footage from closed circuit television cameras to get leads about the two who wore turbans.
An officer from Santacruz police stationsaid that the boy has claimed that the two men, who appeared to be in their twenties, approached him after one of them flashed a dagger while the other whipped out a gun.
While the robbery took place around 8.30pm on March 2, when the boy was on his way home, a case was registered on Saturday. after the boy’s mother Aparna (43) submitted a written application.
A case of robbery has been registered against unidentified persons.
